Profile

Wing Hong was established in 1990 by Raymond Tse and Christopher Lau. The company operated from a small premises in Highgate in Perth, Western Australia.

After three and a half years we moved to a larger premises in William Street, Northbridge. When this also became too small, we purchased our own block and built a state of the art, two storey building on the corner of William and Monger streets in Northbridge. This comprised a retail shop, a large wholesale department and a receival dock.

In 2004, Wing Hong expanded further and the wholesale department and head office moved again to Madison Street, Canning Vale. Our retail shop is still located in William Street.

Today we employ approximately 60 staff and supply to a wide variety of customers including restaurants, butcher shops, cafes, hotels, supermarkets, hospitals, prisons, school, universities and many more. Our 600 regular customers can be found as far as Derby, Albany, Kalgoorlie, Sydney and Melbourne.

Wing Hong has an ongoing HACCP program in place through the State Health Department and is Foodsafe certified.

Wing Hong strives to be an innovative, safe meat manufacturer, supplying premium products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
